DESCRIPTION OF INTERESTS
| Dr. Manka currently serves as the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Erie County Medical Center. He is a residency trained, board certified Emergency Physician, Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, and a member of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine. Along with overseeing the emergency department at Erie County Medical Center, he has been a member of the SUNY at Buffalo medical admissions committee and serves as an oral board examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Manka’s research interests are focused on the assessment of trauma patients using ultrasonography as well as emergency medicine administrative issues such as quality improvement, patient flow, and patient satisfaction. |
