Dr. Woo has been in active clinical practice since 1998 and is both neurology and vascular-neurology board certified. Dr. Woo has had a broad ranging career including development of multiple clinical service lines such as transcranial doppler ultrasound, hypothermia for cardiac arrest, morbidity and mortality conference as well as educational initiatives including post-residency lecture series, an NIH funded T32 fellowship as well as extensive research into the genetic underpinning of cerebral small vessel disease. He currently serves as Chair of Neurology for SUNY Buffalo.
