Professional Summary:

Dr. Cholette is a pediatric cardiac intensivist with board certifications in both pediatric critical care and pediatric cardiology. She completed all her medical training at the University of Rochester, including a combined Internal Medicine – Pediatrics residency and Pediatric Critical Care and Pediatric Cardiology fellowships. She in an expert in red blood cell and platelet transfusions in critically ill children with congenital and acquired heart disease. Her clinical and research focus also includes thrombosis and hemostasis, and mechanical circulatory support. She has held multiple educational and administrative leadership positions with focus on Faculty Development.
