City of Buffalo Offices
In the city of Buffalo, UBMD’s largest presence is at the Conventus building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. This central location is home to offices for 12 of the 18 practices of UBMD, allowing patients to schedule a visit at one easy-to-access destination that is also conveniently accessible by public transportation.

Tonawanda
Offering care for patients of all ages, UBMD Family Medicine’s Sheridan Drive location in Tonawanda is accepting new patients for primary care from newborn to adult.
Williamsville

In Hamburg, UBMD Pediatrics has an outpatient center for children and young adults. The office is located on Southwestern Boulevard.
Orchard Park
Orchard Park is home to three UBMD practices – UB Neurosurgery, UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine and the Ross Eye Institute.
Patients for the Ross Eye Institute can visit the office on Sterling Drive, while those looking for an appointment with UB Neurosurgery (UBNS) can schedule a trip to the office on Big Tree Road. UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine has two offices in Orchard Park – one at the Big Tree location (by UBNS) or on Abbott Road. At its Big Tree offices, UBMD Ortho offers their OrthoCare services four days a week.

The UBMD Internal Medicine office location specializes in nephrology and can be found on Edgewood Drive in Niagara Falls. UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine’s office is on Williams Road, and also offers OrthoCare – urgent care services – four days a week.
