Welcome to the UBMD Compliance Office website!

Compliance programs are about prevention, detection, collaboration and enforcement. The role of the UBMD Compliance Office is to provide an infrastructure that ensures the many ever-changing laws, rules and regulations that govern the healthcare industry are understood and followed in all areas within the organization, and to promote the very highest standards of ethics and integrity among all staff. 

We are dedicated to keeping all UBMD personnel informed of their compliance responsibilities, providing necessary information in a timely manner to all personnel, and monitoring compliance-related practices within all UBMD facilities to promote and ensure a fully compliant organization. With that in mind, this website was created to provide a user-friendly tool to assist in providing the information, training and other resources necessary for an effective compliance program.
